jen make sure you get the correct  value on  you LRRH  hul made   a lot 
some more  pricy then others depending on the decorations . My daughter
got  one she thought was a steal  and found she paid over book fr the 
one she bought  and couldn't  even sell it on ebay  to recoup her money.
So she  kept it  instead of takign a 100.00 loss.
