Yep Betty true and  they have gone up  in price as well 70.00 is  not so
cheap> I think  any patents on any of  these designs  belong to the
people who own  these old companies  now and unless  some were retained
by original owners ,I  guess  if they aren't willing or don't  care
(if aware of it) to  try and stop it there isn't much  anyone else can
do  either.
the best  people can do is  just  hope there are  collectors who  are
willing to  hold out and buy the real thing  and be informed  of all the
other  repos that are not being sold as  new  but  misadvertised as
vintage.
