I know this does not have anything to do with McCoy, but I need to get some
help with this problem.=0D

I won an auction on 12/14/2003, paid for it on 12/16/2003 through Pay Pal.=

Received an e-mail from the seller stating they shipped the item on the 16th
  I paid for priority delivery plus insurance.  I contacted the seller on
the 22nd to tell them I had not received the item he assured me he was not
out to screw me he did mail the package.  I tried 3 other times to contact
him through e-mail and he would not answer any of them.  I then got his
telephone number and called him on the 31st he assured me that he had mailed
the package and he thought he added insurance on this item.  I told him that
I had paid for insurance and needed him to send me the insurance receipt so
I could file a claim since he had no ideal why I had not got the item..  He
assured me he would call me back on the 1/2/2004 and let me know if he still
had the paper work.  Well you guessed it he did not call.  Now what do I do
about getting my money or package?=0D

I hope someone can give me some advice on what to do.  =0D
