I guess the bigger issue is, ok, so you have the trademark, great.. But 
now in order to enforce your mark you have to now spend money and hire 
attorneys to actually pursue these people.  That is where the real 
expense is..

There are easier ways to deal with Faye... Anyway, I have some ideas on 
that subject.
