We actually managed to find it in The Collectors Encyclopedia of Cookie 
Jars by Fred Roerig & Joyce Herndon Roerig (1994 edition.)  It is listed 
on Page 35 (top middle) as American Bisque  "Corner Chiffonier"

One of the distinguishing factors that leads me to believe that it is NOT 
McCoy, is the "USA" on the side... I have never seen a McCoy with USA 
anywhere but on the bottom.  I could be wrong though?
